Payments are processed securely by Stripe. solvee does not store or have access to your payment card details. All payment data is encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Request Verification

AI PROCESSING DISCLOSURE
solvee uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude model to deliver strategic mentoring services. Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API conversation data to train its AI models by default. An Investment Readiness Score is calculated algorithmically from your business data and progression activity. You have the right to request human review of this score at any time by contacting privacy@solvee.app.15. INSTITUTIONAL PARTNER DATA SHARING
If you access solvee through an accelerator, VC programme, or other institutional partner, certain business metrics including your Investment Readiness Score, financial metrics, pipeline data, and engagement activity may be visible to that partner organisation. You will be informed of this arrangement at onboarding and can adjust your data sharing preferences at any time through your account settings. The content of your conversations and strategic documents is never shared with institutional partners under any circumstances.16. VOICE INPUT PROCESSING
solvee offers voice input as an alternative to text. Audio input is processed in real-time for transcription purposes only and is not retained after the session ends. Transcribed text is treated identically to text input for all other purposes described in this policy.17. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
