What is OKRs?

OKRs (objectives and key results) are a goal-setting method: an objective states what you want to achieve, and 2 to 4 measurable key results define how you will know you got there.

Example

Objective: prove clinics will pay for automatic rebooking. Key results: 10 paying clinics by the end of the quarter, 70% of cancelled slots refilled, and 3 clinics referring another clinic.

Why it matters for early-stage founders

Early teams can do anything, so they often do everything. OKRs force a choice about what matters this quarter and make weekly progress visible.

The common mistake

Writing tasks as key results ("launch the website"). A key result measures an outcome, not an activity.

Turn your strategy into weekly priorities

solvee turns your foundation into a focused plan of what to work on next.
